ad 1.
Al principio del mes de julio se entrenaron a 65 asesores y tecnicos del INFOTEP y a 40 representantes de empresas provenientes de sectores estrategicos dentro del Plan Nacional de Competitividad: Zona Franca, Turismo, Agroindustria, PyMES, Construccion, Comercio. El entrenamiento se hizo aplicando SIMAPRO en 5 pasos: visualizacion; medicion; retroalimentacion; gestión; integracion a red de aprendizaje SIMAPRO. Espacial enfasis en el entrenamiento se puso en el uso del software plataforma internet (i-SIMAPRO) y en la herramiento de NANO APRENDIZAJE en las reuniones de retroalimentacion. Se instalaron 4 Redes SIMAPRO por Region: Zona Franca (textil, confeccion, cuero) en el Norte; Turismo en el Suroeste; PyMES en el Centro; Agroindustria en el Sur. Tambien una Red Nacional sobre Industria Azucarera y su Cadena.

ad 2.
En el mes de julio 45 dirigentes sindicalistas de diferentes ramas de actividad y empresas se capacitaron en la herramienta SIMAPRO en el marco de un curso sobre Negociacion de la Productividad, organizado por la CTM, la Fundacion Ebert y la OIT. Se concluyo que hace falta formar a mas capacitadores y asesores en SIMAPRO para que la herramienta se difunda en las empresas en Mexico.

La 12a REUNION RED SIMAPRO Y TRABAJO DECENTE en la Industria Azucarera se realizara los dias 27 y 28 de septiembre, en Guadalajara y en Tala, Jalisco. El Grupo GAM y especialmente el ingenio Tala, sera el anfitrion. Los temas centrales propuestos: 1. la modernizacion de la relacion laboral: avances estructurales hacia la mejora de la productividad y condiciones de trabajo; 2. la capacitacion permanente por SIMAPRO y Competencias ante la apertura de los mercados del 2008. In the first 2 weeks of July, 65 training consultants from INFOTEP and 40 representives of firms have been trained in ProMES in Dominican Republic; the latter came from strategic sectors defined in the National Competitiveness Plan: Free Export Zone; Tourism; Agroindustry; Small and Medium S. Enterprises; Construction; Commerce. The training was done based upon a 5 step ProMES route: visualization; measurement; feedback; management of the system; network learning organization. Special emphasis was given to the internet software application of ProMES (i-Simapro) and NANO Learning Techniques in the Feedback Meetings of ProMES. Four Networks on ProMES were created in different regions of the country and coordinated by the National Office of INFOTEP: Export Zone Industry (garments, leather and shoes) in the North; Tourism in the South-East (Bavaro, Punta Cana); SME in the Centre; Agroindustry in the South. The sugar industry network is coordinated nationally.

In July, 45 tradeunion leaders from different sectors and entreprises got an introduction training in ProMES as part of a course on Productivity Bargaining. It ws organized by the national trade union confederation (CTM), F Ebert Foundation and ILO.
ad 3.
The 12th NETWORK MEETING ProMES and Decent Work in the Sugar Industry, is planned on September 27 and 28. Place: Guadalajara and Tala; State Jalisco,Mexico. The GAM Group through its sugar mill Tala, are the organizers of the Meeting. Central topics: 1. modernization of labor relations towards productivity and working conditions enhancement; 2. permanent training strategies based upon ProMES and Competence Management.
