La primera REUNION RED SIMAPRO en el sector fruticola en Chilese realizó a principios del mes de abril. Se intercambiaron experiencias de la aplicación de Guias de Autoformacion y Evaluacion por Competencias Integrales entre empresas y consultores, orientadas a la mejora de la Productividad y Condiciones de Trabajo. Para el 2008-09 se proyecta una expansion y profundizacion de la aplicacion de estas guias y la herramienta SIMAPRO en este sector. Organizan: OIT Mexico y Cinterfor

Del 19 al 30 de mayo del 2008 se llevara a cabo el curso de 'Gestión Integral y Dinámica de RH por Competencias', con visitas a empresas en Madrid. En el curso habra la oportunidad de compartir experiencias y puntos de vista con personas de diferentes países de America Latina, quienes estan trabajando en este campo. Los temas a tratar son: 1. Integración verticial y horizontal de competencias; 2. Arquitectura dinámica de competencias; 3. Gestión del Desempeño; 4. Retorno de Inversion en Competencias (ROI); 5. Gestión del Cambio para la Implantacion de un Modelo de Competencias.

The core issue of the 13th PROMES NETWORK MEETING in the sugar industry is Competency Management and Sustainable Productivity. This will be approached by the exchange of experiences among entreprises, unions and consultants on the application of Competency based Self Training and Assessment Guides, and the classic PROMES methodology. The first NETWORK MEETING in the fruit sector found place in Chile, participating local and transnational companies (Del Monte). It is their firts year of applying PROMES and the self training guides with promessing results.
